Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biogas power generating method or the like which suppresses the capacity of a storage tank of biogas to the minimum, and stably generates power without requiring complicated work. SOLUTION: In the biomass power generating method to generate the power while generating the biogas, a generating process to generate the biogas, a gas storing process to store the biogas, and a power generating process to generate the power using the biogas are performed. In this method, an actual results accumulating process is performed to accumulate actual results of a feed rate of a biogas material and actual results of a biogas generating amount. A regression formula is prepared, wherein a value of the feed rate of the biomass material and a value of the biogas generating amount are used as variables, based on the past actual results accumulated in the actual results accumulating process. Using the regression formula, a setting process is performed, wherein a set value of the feed rate of the biomass material or a set value of a generated output sets up the other.
