SOLUTION: The file management system 1 provided with a file management server 10 and a client terminal 20 is provided with: also an access log information database 130 for storing information concerned with history that a user accesses a file 120 managed by the file management server 10 from the client terminal 20; an association information creation processing part 170 for associating other files updated by the same user within a prescribed period from a file updating date as associated files and generating association information among the files; an association information database 140 for storing the association information; and an association information management part 160 for outputting the association information to the client terminal 20.
