Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester conjugated fiber imparting high stretchability and soft feeling, and to provide a woven or knitted fabric having high stretchability and soft feeling. SOLUTION: The polyester conjugated fiber is provided by joining a polyester (A) obtained by copolymerizing polyethylene terephthalate with 1-2 mol% 5-sodium sulfoisophthalic acid, 6-13 mol% adipic acid, and 1-8 mol% ethylene oxide adduct of bisphenol-A, to a polyester (B) containing 95 mol% or more of ethylene terephthalate unit, and the knitted and woven fabric is formed of the polyester conjugated fiber.
