SOLUTION: The electric cable reeling device comprises: a case 11 having a reel shaft 15; a reel 13 rotatably attached around the reel shaft 15 and winding up an electric cable 16 having a plurality of conductive wires 16a; a plurality of spiral terminals 17 insulated and disposed around the reel shaft 15; and a driving portion driving the reel 13. Inner ends of the spiral terminals 17 are connected to an external connecting terminal 12. Outer ends of the spiral terminals 17 are connected to a terminal end of the conductive wires 16a.
