Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve expansion performance of an airbag toward a seat back lateral part forward lower part. SOLUTION: A notch part 50 is formed in a vehicle width direction outer part 22A of a seat pad 22 constituting a seat back 14. The notch part 50 is formed by continuously notching a lower side portion 50A as the entire lower side region of the folded airbag 18 in the vehicle width direction outer part 22A of the seat pad 22 and a lower side forward portion 50B located on the front side of the lower side portion 50A. Due to this structure, when the airbag 18 is inflated and expanded, a lower swelling part 18A of the airbag 18 is swollen to inside of the notch part 50 of the seat pad 22, and directly reaches a burst line of a seat skin 24. As a result, the inflation and expansion of the lower swelling part 18A of the airbag 18 is not obstructed by the lower part of the vehicle width direction outer part 22A of the seat pad 22.
