Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head capable of suppressing the generation of cracks in an adhesive caused by a difference in linear expansion coefficients of a recording element substrate and a supporting member, and decreasing the positional deviation of a recording element substrate and the clogging of a nozzle caused by the adhesive, and to provide a method for manufacturing it. SOLUTION: The recording head includes the recording element substrate 120 and the supporting member 200 stuck and fixed to the recording element substrate 120 with an adhesive of a photo-heat curable combined use type. The supporting member 200 has a channel 221 for guiding light with which the surrounding of the end part of the recording element substrate 120 is irradiated to an adhesive region around the end of an ink feeding opening in the delivering opening arranging direction.
