SEWING MACHINE AND HOOK SYSTEM FOR SEWING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine and a hook system for the sewing machine capable of remarkably alleviating the generation of noise. SOLUTION: The hook system for the sewing machine is constituted by having a hook 12 equipped with a bobbin case 21 constituted of a lifter cam 31 and a stop rib 22. In addition, the hook system is constituted of a case lifter 33 constituted of a lifter lever 32 installable against the lifter cam 31. Further, the case lifter 33 is constituted of a sensor 37 abutting on a control curve 39 engageable with the hook 12 in not rotating manner. The control curve 39 has the maximum 42, the minimum 43 and the transition zone 46 having a substantially constant distance from the shaft 13 of the hook 12 therebetween. The above constitution prevents the stop rib 22 from colliding with the fixed cam 23, and thereby the generation of the noise can be avoided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
