When the logical area with the scroll area S allocated thereto is operated, the scroll area S is moved to an adjacent logical area, and the next receivable broadcast station in broadcast stations allocated to the remaining logical areas out of logical areas adjacent to the scroll area is allocated to the logical area that is the scroll area.
