SELECTION CANDIDATE DISPLAY METHOD, SELECTION CANDIDATE DISPLAY DEVICE, AND INPUT/OUTPUT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selection candidate display method and a selection candidate display device which can efficiently display all selection candidates even though the number of selection candidates increases or decreases, and to provide an input/output device. SOLUTION: A control part 19 allocates a receivable broadcast station to three logical areas out of four divided logical areas, allocates a scroll area S to the one remaining logical area and displays information indicating a channel number of the allocated receivable broadcast station and the scroll area S, for example, "S" in each logical area of a circle pad 121 if the number of receivable broadcast stations is not "four" or below. When the logical area with the scroll area S allocated thereto is operated, the scroll area S is moved to an adjacent logical area, and the next receivable broadcast station in broadcast stations allocated to the remaining logical areas out of logical areas adjacent to the scroll area is allocated to the logical area that is the scroll area.
