Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling house sales support system capable of easily creating a new floor plan according to customer's taste. SOLUTION: The dwelling house sales support system for virtually constituting a floor plan of a dwelling house on a display screen of a terminal 3 comprises a server 4 which stores a plurality of different basic floor plans of the dwelling house; a selection means for selecting and displaying a desired one of the basic floor plans stored in the server 4 on the display screen; and a writing change means for virtually constructing a floor plan by writing a new room layout to the basic floor plan displayed on the display screen or partially changing the basic floor plan, in which a predetermined layout change is prohibited in a part of the basic floor plan.
