Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning system using a portable terminal aiming at continued motivation for learning. SOLUTION: Questions for acquiring knowledge are sent to a cellular phone 1, and the content of the answer to the questions is graded. In accordance with the result of grading, the transceiving function of the cellular phone 1 is restricted. Consequently, a motivation "to concentrate on learning to prevent restriction of the transceiving function" of the cellular phone 1 can be provided to a leaner, and the learner's motivation to learn is maintained and the result of a correspondence course can be positively influenced.
