Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide further improvement of plant efficiency compared with a conventional multi-pressure condenser, in which condensed water of a low-pressure condenser is heated by using steam in a high-pressure condenser for improving the plant efficiency. SOLUTION: A heat transfer tube 61 is introduced to the condensed water generated in the low-pressure condenser 10. A vent of a deaerater 2 is sent into the heat transfer tube 61, and heat exchange is carried out between the condensed water and the vent of the deaerater 2 to heat the condensed water.
