Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof multilayer film which is good in adhesiveness to a substrate made of concrete, asphalt with sand, or the like, and hardly undergoes separation or bulging of the film even after the lapse of a long period of time, and to provide a waterproofing method for forming the waterproof multilayer film. SOLUTION: The film waterproofing method is composed of the following steps. In the first step, a priming composition containing a specific vinyl polymer (A), an inorganic hydraulic material (B), and an aqueous medium, is applied to a surface of a building, to form a priming film. In the following step, a waterproof composition containing a specific vinyl polymer (D), a specific vinyl polymer (E), an inorganic hydraulic material (F), and an aqueous medium, is applied to the priming film, to form a waterproof film.
