Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for modification which prevents discoloring of molded articles obtained by reusing recovery, such as scraps of products generated when producing a laminate containing a polyolefin resin layer and an EVOH layer, unnecessary portions like end portions and defectives, or refuse after using the molded articles for various applications, and suppresses the development of die drool, and with which the molded articles which are excellent in surface appearance can be produced. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (A) and a saponified ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B) having an ethylene content of 70 mol% or above, wherein the amount of the component (B) is 1 to 30 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the component (A).
