Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irradiation device capable of irradiating light only to the skin without permitting the light to enter the eyes. SOLUTION: This irradiation device includes a light source 3, a light guide member 4 for guiding a light of the light source 3 to an irradiation port 4a at the upper end, a guide member 5 for guiding the vertical movement of the light guide member 4, and a switch 7 for turning on the light source 3 when the light guide member 4 is moved downward with the irradiation port 4a closed with the skin P of a human body.
