Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably obtain characteristics having no overshoot by a simple circuit at a desirable rise speed in the start of a switching power-supply device. SOLUTION: In the switching power-supply device 1, a power switching circuit 70 is controlled by a control circuit 72 by receiving a control signal from a photo-coupler 73. Detecting voltages divided by resistors 111 to 114 for voltage division are connected at a reference terminal for a shunt regulator 120 through resistors 101 to 105 for remote sensing coupling from output terminals 25 and 26. An anode terminal for the shunt regulator 120 is connected to a light-emitting element for the photo-coupler 73. A selection is conducted under the specified conditions of each resistance-value ratio of the resistors 111 and 112 for voltage division and the value of a capacitor 117 connected among these interconnecting points and the reference terminal for the shunt regulator 120.
