PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a resin plate being an insulating plate to an armature with high reliability. SOLUTION: In an inner rotor-type motor where a rotor part is arranged on an inner side of a circular armature, the resin plate 11 for insulating the armature and a wiring part from other parts is disposed on an upper face of the armature. Leg parts 113 and 1122 projected to an armature side from an outer edge part of the resin plate 11 are engaged with notches formed on an outer peripheral part of the armature. The armature has an insulator covering a core. Three projections projected upward are arranged in positions on an outer side in a radial direction of an upper face of the insulator. Welding parts 112 where hole parts 1121 are formed are disposed on outer edge parts of the resin plate 11. The resin plate 11 is fixed onto the armature by thermal welding by which the projections of the insulator are inserted into the hole parts 1121 and are melted.
