POWER-LINE CARRIER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-line carrier system which materially increases the transmission speed of various information, in which a waiting time for transmission information is short, and which reduces the load of a control section to make efficient operation perform. SOLUTION: This power-line carrier system couples a master station 1 and a plurality of substations 2A-2N with power lines 3, and transmits various information between the master station 1 and the plurality of substations 2A-2N, wherein the master station 1 comprises a power cycle detecting circuit 12 which detects the cycle of the commercial frequency power supplied to the power lines 3, and generates a timing signal based on the detected cycle, a transmission timing control circuit 7 which transmits time series information including a preamble signal by the timing signal from the power cycle detecting circuit, and a means for detecting the preamble signal to receive uplink information using the timing signal from the power cycle detecting circuit 12.
