Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver probe information to a road without deviation. SOLUTION: The information management server 100 for managing probe information to be shared among mobile bodies comprises a storage part 101; an extraction part 102; a transmission part 103; a receiving part 104; and a storage control part 105. The storage part 101 stores the probe information. The extraction part 102 extracts an area with less probe information (minor area) of the probe information stored in the storage part 101. The transmission part 103 transmits information of the minor area extracted by the extraction part 102 to the mobile bodies. The receiving part 104 receives probe information transmitted from the mobile bodies by the transmission part 103. The storage control part 105 controls the storage part 101 to store the probe information received by the receiving part 104 as the probe information of the minor area extracted by the extraction part 102.
