Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating speed detector hardly causing a failure of a sensor for detecting the rotating speed of a rotor even if fixed to a device which vibrates frequently with large energy. SOLUTION: The sensor 2 of bar shape penetrates a plurality of holes 32, 30, 20, 31, 33 in order of the threaded hole 32 of a first nut 3, the through hole 30 of a first rubber sheet 5, the through hole 20 of a plate-like part 12, the through hole 31 of a second rubber sheet 6 and the threaded hole 33 of a second nut 4. The first nut 3 and the second nut 4 are tightened in the axial direction of the sensor 2 to shorten the mutual distance. The first nut 3 and first rubber sheet 5, the first rubber sheet 5 and plate-like part 12, the plate-like part 12 and second rubber sheet 6, and the second rubber sheet 6 and second nut 4 are thereby brought into contact to mount the sensor 2 to the plate-like part 12.
