Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently raise the temperature of indoor air by solar heat and then to return the air indoors by circulating the indoor air indoors without bringing the air into contact with outside air by a simple structure. SOLUTION: A translucent panel 1, a spandrel 2, and a heat insulating material 3 are disposed and fixed on the outside of a wall skeleton B of a building in order from the outdoor side with appropriate intervals, a first space part S1 is formed between the panel 1 and the spandrel 2, and a second space part S2 is formed between the spandrel 2 and the heat insulating material 3. The first space part S1 and the second space part S2 are communicated at their ends, an air supply fan 35 and an exhaust fan 36 are mounted on the indoor side of the wall skeleton B, an air supply duct 33 connected to the air supply fan 35 is opened in the second space part S2, and the exhaust duct 34 connected to the exhaust fan 36 is opened in the first space part S1.
