Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti static resin plate which is excellent in transparency and anti static property. SOLUTION: This anti static resin plate has a base material and at least one layer of an anti static layer. The anti static layer contains a carbon fiber. The total area of a region with a radiance value of 129 to 255 per 100 μm ×100 μm of an image which is obtained by specified procedures is 90% or lower of the sum of the total area of a region with a radiance value of 0 to 128 and the total area of a region with a radiance value of 129 to 255. Also, the maximum value of the area of the region with the radiance value of 0 to 128 being surrounded by the region with the radiance value of 129 to 255 is not more than 0.3 μm2for the anti static resin plate.
