ULTRASONIC IMAGE DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image display which can optimize both image quality and reproduction rate. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a moving picture record processing part 6, a moving picture reproduction processing part 8, a display 5, and a memory 7. The moving picture record processing part 6 records an ultrasonic image as moving picture record information 21 constituted of a plurality of frames in time series into the memory 7. The moving picture reproduction processing part 8 includes an area register means 10 which divides a frame into a plurality of areas and allocates a resampling kind of a high quality image process or a high speed process to each area to register areas shown by an area table 22 into the memory device 7, a decoding means 11 which decodes each frame of the moving picture record information 21 into an original image 23, a resampling means 17 which resamples the original image 23 by a high image quality process or a high speed process by areas of a frame in the original image 23 based on a resampling kind shown by the area table 22, and an image drawing means 16 which reproduces the reproduction image 24 in the display 5 to reproduce the moving picture.
