Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumer service portal platform system for a power-added service. SOLUTION: The consumer service portal platform system for a power-added service utilizes a remote-controlled meter reading implantation which enables data transmission and remote control via a consumer in-building network, and end-use equipment and the ZigBee (R) method. Many data scattered in existing management systems and external data are integrated by subject, from both the electric companies' and consumers' points of view, and the integrated data is multidimensionally analyzed to provide, in no time, a long/short-period amount of the power used, cost, and profit forecast information relating to consumers. Thus, networking of main power apparatuses of the electric companies and of end-use consumers is supported on-line, which makes it possible to provide a new bidirectional real-time service.
