DIGITAL CALIBRATION TYPE ANALOG-DIGITAL CONVERTER, WIRELESS RECEIVER CIRCUIT USING THE SAME, AND WIRELESS TRANSMISSION/RECEPTION CIRCUIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, in a wireless chip receiving data of multirate, the power consumption and circuit area of an analog-digital converter are increased. SOLUTION: The digital calibration type analog-digital converter equipped with both an analog-digital conversion unit for reference and a main analog-digital conversion unit is characterized in that, when a wireless reception signal at a high sampling rate is processed, both the reference analog-digital conversion unit and the main analog-digital conversion unit are operated to form a normal digital calibration type analog-digital converter; and, when a wireless reception signal at a low sampling rate is processed, analog-digital conversion is executed by using the reference analog-digital conversion unit, and the operations of the main analog-digital conversion unit and the like are stopped, thereby reducing power consumption.
