PURE MAGNESIUM DIAPHRAGM FOR SPEAKER, AND SURFACE TREATMENT METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pure magnesium diaphragm for a speaker which can utilize excellent characteristics of pure magnesium as it is and hence is lightweight and has high corrosion resistance and acoustic characteristics, and to provide a surface treatment method thereof. SOLUTION: The pure magnesium diaphragm for a speaker is configured by forming a thin film of Japanese lacquer on the surface of a mold which is molded in a desired shape from a pure magnesium sheet. Furthermore, the thin film of Japanese lacquer is formed on the surface of a base through an oxide film removing step of removing an oxide film on the base surface of the pure magnesium diaphragm for the speaker molded in the desired shape from the pure magnesium sheet, a degreasing step of degreasing the base surface from which the oxide film is removed; an applying step of applying Japanese lacquer onto the degreased base surface, a wiping step of wiping off a part of Japanese lacquer applied onto the base surface, and a baking step of baking the film of Japanese lacquer left thin on the base surface after wiping.
