Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily impose various limitations on each individual or on each user in a group by a simple user application. SOLUTION: When a limitation table contains a row matching a set of a function, a user ID and a limitation item name in a Limit instruction, the limitation item value included in the row is overwritten with the limitation item value included in the Limit instruction, but when not, a parameter of the Limit instruction is added as a new row to the limitation table. When an icon on a console panel is depressed, various use limitations are imposed based upon a limitation item of a row, matching a set of a currently set function and a user ID authenticated by a user authentication program in relation to current operation, on condition that the limitation table contains the matching row.
