Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater unit and its manufacturing method capable of improving productivity by facilitating accurate positioning of various members and performing accurate temperature control. SOLUTION: The heater unit 31 comprises a warming object made of a base material 11 and a cord-shaped heater 1 arranged on the base material 11, and a temperature detecting element 39 for detecting temperature of the warming object. In the heater unit 31, a compression trace 11a made by a hot press is added at a designated position of the base material 11, the temperature detecting element 39 is arranged on the compression trace 11a, and the base material 11 includes a heat fusion fiber. In the manufacturing method for the heater unit 31, the cord-shaped heater 1 and the temperature detecting element 39 for detecting temperature are arranged on the base material 11, the compression trace 11a made by the hot press is added at a designated position of the base material 11, and the cord-shaped heater 1 and/or the temperature detecting element 39 are arranged on the compression trace 11a as a mark.
