PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service in which an application can easily be developed and executed even in a mobile telephone. SOLUTION: The service includes a script development environment 21 and a script execution environment 22. The script development environment 21 includes an editor section 211 for editing a script, a simple input service section 212, a command insertion service section 213, a command group (a command database storing commands) 214, and a template group (a template database storing templates) 215. The script execution environment 22 includes an execution control section 221, an analysis processing section 222, a trace processing section 223, and a monitor section 224. Additionally, a library section 231, a storage control section 232, a script management information database 233 and a communication section 234 are configured in the script development environment 21 and the script execution environment 22, as a common functional block.
