TUNING DISPLAY, TUNING DISPLAY METHOD, TUNING DISPLAY PROGRAM AND ITS STORAGE MEDIUM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for visually expressing deviation and matching of pitch between a certain sound and a predetermined reference sound in a natural form. SOLUTION: A basic frequency extraction part 1 extracts a basic frequency of an input sound. A reference sound determination part 2 selects a reference sound closest to the input sound. An index calculation part 3 calculates an index showing the closeness of pitch between the input sound and the reference sound using the extracted basic frequency. A modulation frequency determination part 4 determines a modulation frequency having a frequency which is lower as the closeness of pitch between the input sound and the reference sound is higher by use of the index. A luminance control part 5 lights a light emitting element 6 at a predetermined luminance or more when the closeness of pitch between the input sound and the predetermined reference sound is higher than a predetermined value, and changes the luminance of the light emitting element 6 with the modulation frequency when this is not the case.
