Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an average power measuring device which can obtain accurate average power, even in a noisy environment, and to provide a reactor output monitor that uses the device. SOLUTION: The device and the monitor include a sampling means 1, whose sampling cycles are sufficiently shorter than those of signals to be measured; an A/D conversion means 2 for converting the analog signals sampled by the sampling means 1 into digital types; a digital signal delaying means 3 for inputting the digital signals converted by the A/D conversion means 2, delaying them for a certain period of time and then outputting them; a multiplication computation means 4 for multiplying the digital signals converted by the A/D conversion means 2 and the output signals delayed by the digital signal delaying means 3 together; and an average computation means 5 for giving the average processing to a batch of the output signals multiplied by the multiplication computation means 4 for a certain period of time.
