Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool hot air to take it indoors particularly in summer by utilizing a shutter 18 mounted to a sash. SOLUTION: A shutter box 12b storing the shutter 18 having metal slats 21 is arranged at the upper part of a sash frame 8 of a building, and a communicating port 23 serving communication between the shutter box 12b and the indoors is formed in a wall part 1 of the building. An air intake fan 24 is mounted to the indoor side of the communicating port 23, and when the shutter 18 and the sash 10 are in the closed state, outside air is taken indoors by the air intake fan 24 from a clearance between the shutter 18 and the sash 10 through the shutter box 12b and the communicating port 23.
