SOLUTION: The cleaning apparatus is provided with a gas-dissolved water supply means 20 supplying the gas-dissolved water 70 with the gas concentration controlled by a gas dissolving part 21 from a side wall of the cleaning tank 60 of the cleaning apparatus, a gas-dissolved water discharge means 30 discharging the gas-dissolved water 70 overflowing from the cleaning tank 60, and the gas-dissolved water circulation means 10 taking out the gas-dissolved water 70 filled in the cleaning tank 60 of the cleaning apparatus from a lower part of the cleaning tank 60, circulating and supplying it from the side wall of the cleaning tank 60.
