Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist supporter which reduces fastening force against the abdomen and provides comfortable wearing feeling. SOLUTION: The waist supporter has a band shape waist belt 11 to be wound around the abdomen of a person. The waist supporter is also provided with: a lumbar region supporting member 13 which is set on the central part inside the waist belt 11 and is opposite to and abutted on the lumbar spine region of a person and a pair of side supporting members 12 which is set on both side parts inside the waist belt 11 and is opposite to and abutted on a pair of right and left iliac bone regions on both abdomen sides of the person.
