Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive paste for high-speed calcination forming a high-performance film-shaped conductor by being calcined in high speed together with a ceramic green sheet, in case of one with a main ingredient of conductive metal powder as nickel powder. SOLUTION: The conductive paste is one for high-speed calcination, granted to the ceramic green sheet, and calcined together with the green sheet at high-speed temperature-raising conditions with a temperature rising speed of 600°C/hr or more from room temperature to the maximum calcining temperature. The conductive paste contains conductive metal powder mainly composed of nickel powder, and barium titanate system ceramic powder as an additive with a mean particle size of 10 to 80 nm, as powder materials for forming a conductor. A content of the ceramic powder is 5 to 25 pts.mass to 100 pts.mass of the conductive metal powder. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
