PRINTING HISTORY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an image forming apparatus to store and print an electronic document and to collectively delete electronic documents having a use relation when deleting the stored electronic document even when setting of the stored electronic document is changed and used. SOLUTION: When the image forming apparatus 30 deletes a print job (or setting change print job) stored in a job storage part 230, a related job deletion request function 237 requests a document management device 50 to delete a related job by using the management ID of the print job (setting change print job). In the document management device 50, a relative job collective deletion function 255 specifies an old management ID corresponding to the management ID included in the related job deletion request, and an image forming apparatus 30 which stores the electronic document having the management ID including the value of an ID created on the basis of the old management ID, and collectively deletes the related job from the job storage part 230 of the image forming apparatus 30.
