Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability while securing suppression effect of abnormal noise generated upon seating of a float. SOLUTION: A first valve mechanism 50 comprises a float chamber formed inside a casing body 31, a first float 51 vertically movably housed in the float chamber, and a seating section forming body 70 attached to a lower end of the casing body 31. The seating section forming body 70 holds a seating plate 75 in a manner of being suspended inside a cylindrical body 71 by plate holding arms 76 at both ends. The plate holding arm 76 extends obliquely from an upper end of the cylindrical body 71 to an end portion of the seating plate 75 inside and in the bottom of the cylindrical body 71, and flexurally deforms to allow the seating plate 75 to swing towards the outside of the float chamber.
