Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device wherein raw materials of a valve element and a valve seat consist of different kind metal and there is no need of considering misalignment and a manual opening and closing valve device using it. SOLUTION: In a valve device for opening and closing an opening and closing flow passage 34 (134, 234) formed on a valve seat 40 (140, 240) by a valve element 53 (153, 253) through a resin-made seat 62 (162, 262), a recessed part 61 (161, 261) is formed on either one of the valve element and valve seat, the resin-made seat capable of flat surface contacting with the other of the valve element and valve seat is mounted in the recessed part, the resin-made seat has a thickness protruding from the recessed part to allow the resin-made seat be compressed by closing valve operation of the valve element and the front end part of the valve element abut upon the valve seat.
