MOLDING PROCESS OF POTTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means by which a beginner and a greenhorn can easily manufacture a hand-made pottery in a shorter training period. SOLUTION: If it is not necessary to use a virgin starting clay which is indispensable in a general processing of holding a shape during formation of a work by a hand-made process using an electric lathe for a pottery and thus a work can easily be formed and its shape can be held, no long-period training is not necessary. Under the situation, a method for formation of a pottery comprising using a die, wherein a water-and-oil repellent function is given to a surface contacting with an original work during its formation, is completed. Further, a forming die is invented, wherein a water-and-oil repellent function is given to a surface contacting with the original work to be manufactured by the die capable of jointing a rotating central axis of the original work to a rotating central axis of the die, and by using inventions, the work can be formed and held and then can be released after damp dried article. The die can be applied also to formation of a hand-made pottery using a string or a handling lathe. By the present invention, a beginner and a greenhorn can easily manufacture a hand-made pottery in a shorter training period. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
