Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood purifier to be used for a blood dialysis and filtration therapy using a hollow fiber membrane which efficiently removes β2-micro globulin by a small amount of replacement solution (specifically, 20-70mL/min, 5-15L in a four-hour treatment) in clinical practice and also is composed of hydrophobic polymers with few amount of albumin loss and hydrophilic polymers. SOLUTION: A hollow fiber membrane production method is the method for performing the fiber spinning of the hollow fiber membrane having H and I characteristics described below by F and G means described below through the use of a polymer solution (a membrane-forming stock solution) containing the hydrophobic polymers, the hydrophilic polymers and a solvent, and also an internal core solution. F: The draft rate of a polymer solution base part is ≥0.9 and ≤1.0. G: The draft rate of the core solution is ≥1.11 and ≤1.20. H: A membrane thickness is ≥30 μm and ≤50 μm.
