ROTOR MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor manufacturing device that efficiently removes a resin leaked out from a rotor. SOLUTION: The rotor manufacturing device 20 removes a resin leaked out from a storage part to one end face of a rotor 10. The rotor manufacturing device 20 is provided with a base 31, on which the rotor 10 is placed on the basis of a rotary shaft, a motor 33 for rotationally driving the base 31, a housing 41, a cutting tool 42 provided in the housing 41 and located on the upper end face of the rotor 10, each first roller 43 rotatably provided in the housing 41 and located on the upper end face of the rotor 10, and each first biasing part 59 that biases the housing 41 toward the upper end face of the rotor 10. The housing 41 is biased toward the upper end face of the rotor 10 by each first biasing part 59 so as to bring each first roller 43 into contact with the upper end face of the rotor 10. The rotor 10 is rotated by the motor 33 so as to cut the leaked-out resin off with the cutting tool 42. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
