Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable scheduling with efficiency. SOLUTION: A scheduling system 10 has a sever 12, wherein the server 12 detects nursing service which a nurse to be noticed executes and its progression by monitoring means of an objective sensor (22), a sound collecting microphone (24), a video camera (26), and the like. Each nursing service is roughly divided into three tasks. The server 12 makes up a one-day schedule of the tasks for the nurse acting according to a work schedule table by complying with predetermined restriction every period of predetermined periods. Then, already completed nursing service is excluded from the tasks. If there is any newly added nursing service, the server 12 includes the newly added nursing service to make up the schedule. In making up the schedule, the server 12 rearranges the tasks so as for all nursing services for the day can be finished as early as possible by optimizing the schedule with simulated annealing.
