ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having satisfying sensitivity, electrostatic charging characteristics and dark decay characteristics, suppressing image defects such as black spots/white spots and a ghost (an afterimage phenomenon caused by remaining history of the previous image) and giving high image quality for a long period of time, and to provide a process cartridge and an electrophotographic device using the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a conductive support; and a photosensitive layer disposed on the conductive support, the photosensitive layer including a functional layer containing at least one kind selected from fluorine-containing acryl polymers and polyether-modified silicone oil, together with a charge generating material in the same layer.
