LUGGAGE FLOOR TRIM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a desired rigidity, to improve handleability by achieving a weight reduction and to enhance appearance performance and sound proof performance in a luggage floor trim detachably mounted on the floor panel surface of a luggage room. SOLUTION: A luggage floor trim 10 is formed by adhering a front-side decorative sheet 30 and back-side decorative sheet 40 of a carpet or the like on the front and back surfaces of a honeycomb base material 20. The honeycomb base material 20 can acquire rigidity which suppresses the deformation by adjusting the weight per unit area between 100 and 500 g/m2through the impregnation of thermosetting resin within the range of 1-30 wt.% taking a paper honeycomb sheet as the base and employs a paper honeycomb, which achieves the weight reduction. As compared with an inner rib type, in addition, no resonance and no rib trace on a product surface are produced, which also materializes superior appearance performance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
