Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of perforated plate made of synthetic resin capable of efficiently manufacturing a thick perforated plate made of synthetic resin in which a large number of through-holes are adjacently arranged on a thick plate material made of synthetic resin. SOLUTION: A mold which is used in the invention comprises a fixed mold, a movable mold and a stripper plate, wherein cores that penetrates the stripper plate are disposed on the movable mold and a recessed part is disposed on the fixed mold in communication with a gate. When the mold is closed, molten resin is caused to flow into a cavity while protruding the cores into the cavity to the extent more than the size of plate thickness of the product perforated plate, the molten resin is caused to flow into each gap between the cores themselves to be cooled and hardened, thereafter, when the mold is opened, the cores are drawn into the stripper plate, thereby, an injection-molded product having blind holes formed by the cores is molded, the fixed mold side of the injection-molded product is machined and the bottom part of the blind holes is opened to form the through-holes.
