COMMUNICATION PATH THROUGH VERIFICATION TEST APPARATUS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To previously conduct data plane through verification to an alternative route, using a backup LSP and also actualize automatic data plane through verifying a work against generation of faults. SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a through verifying information generating unit 11 for acquiring a backup LSP output label, backup LSP output interface information, LSP information and an MP label from an FRR database to generate through verifying information; a verifying packet generating unit 14 for generating a verifying packet from the LSP information; a label adding unit 15 for adding an MP label to the heading position of the verifying packet, and moreover, adding a backup LSP output label on the MP label; an output interface switching unit 16 for transmitting a verifying packet, after addition of the relevant label via the backup LSP output interface; and a response packet reception determining unit 17 for determining whether the response packet for the verifying packet transmitted has been received.
