Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processor capable of reducing S/N degradation due to intermittently generated burst noise input, optimizing the gain of a gain control amplifier and reducing reception performance degradation, and to provide a signal processing method. SOLUTION: For the intermittently generated burst noise input, GCA gain control is interrupted in a noise input section, and the execution or interruption of BB demodulation is decided according to the noise input section and a noise input level. Thus, the reception performance degradation due to the gain insufficiency of the gain control amplifier 115 by the noise input is evaded, and the S/N degradation due to the noise input and the S/N degradation due to desired signal omission are optimized.
