SOLUTION: A video window SM100 displays digital video data, an operation panel SR100 is operated when controlling processing to the digital video data displayed to the video window SM100, an active window SA100 displays an arbitrary application, an alignment frame part SG100 for aligning display of the video window SM100 so that the video window SM100 and a display position and size of the operation panel SR100 are controlled.
