Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method of a steel pipe without relying on welding nor degrading earthquake resistance after repair. SOLUTION: This repair method of a steel pipe 11 is used for repairing a damaged part 14 of the steel pipe 11 with a thickness-reduced part 13 formed thereat. In the repair method, an elastic filling material 20 is filled in the thickness-reduced part 13; the damaged part 14 is covered with a heat-shrinkable tube 30 and heated; thereby the heat-shrinkable tube 30 is tightly fitted to the damaged part 14 to cover the outer periphery of the steel pipe 11; the outer periphery of the heat-shrinkable tube 30 is covered with a clamp 50 having a metallic casing 51 and an elastic sleeve 40 arranged at the inner periphery of the casing 51; and the clamp 50 is fixed to the damaged part 14, whereby the damaged part 14 of the steel pipe 11 is repaired.
