Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce exhaust gas to a post-processor with flow distribution equalized even if exhaust gas is introduced to the post-processor such as a selective reduction type catalyst with the exhaust gas reversed. SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control device provided with a selective reduction type catalyst 6 (post-processor) making exhaust gas 3 pass therethrough and purifying the exhaust gas in an exhaust system, and adopting a layout introducing the exhaust gas 3 to the selective reduction type catalyst 6 with the exhaust gas reversied, is provided with an introduction part 14 covering an inlet side end surface of the selective reduction type catalyst 6 and introducing the exhaust gas 3 from a direction crossing roughly perpendicularly to an axial direction of the selective reduction type catalyst 6 via an exhaust gas introduction port 13, and has a recessed part 15 (first recessed part) warping in a direction separating from an inlet side end surface of the selective reduction type catalyst 6 and approaching the inlet side end surface of the selective reduction type catalyst 6 as it separates from an exhaust gas inlet 13 in an introduction direction of exhaust gas formed at the introduction part 14.
